慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量影响因素的病例对照研究
Case-control Study on Influence Factors of Quality of Life in Patients with Heart Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence factors of quality of life of patients with heart failure. Methods A case-control study was conducted in Vasculocardiology Department. Patients with the score of quality of life higher than 30 were recruited as case group while those with the score lower than 30 as control group and there were 120 cases in each group. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the influence factors of quality of life. Results The logistic multivariate regression analysis indicated that times of hospitalization for heart failure in the last year, level of cardiac function, anxiety, dyspnea and complications were the main risk factors of quality of life of patients with heart failure and self-care ability was found to be a protective factor (P<0.05). Conclusion The quality of life of patients with heart failure is influenced by various factors and interventions according to the influence factors should be taken to improve the quality of life of patients with heart failure.关键词
