泌尿外科腰麻微创手术患者术中低体温发生情况及其影响因素分析
Occurrence of Hypothermia in Minimally Invasive Surgery under Lumbar Anesthesia in Urinary Surgery Department and Its Influence Factors

Abstract
Objective To explore the occurrence of hypothermia in the process of minimally invasive surgery under lumbar anesthesia in Urinary Surgery Department and its influencing factors, and to provide theoretical basis for measures for keeping patients warm in the surgery. Methods Totally 227 cases of patients who had received minimally invasive surgery under lumbar anesthesia in Urinary Surgery Department of a third-level first-class hospital in southern Sichuan Province from July 2016 to December 2016 were selected as research objects. Preoperative psychological assessment was performed using self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the changes in patients' body temperature in the surgery were observed. Results Of the total, 92 patients suffered hypothermia, with an occurrence rate of 40.5%. Age, frequency of taking exercises every week, psychological factors, duration of the operation, infusion quantity and perfusion quantity (ureteral cavity,ureteropelvic,intravesical)of patients had statistical significance (P<0.05); binary logistic regression analysis indicated that psychological factors, duration of the operation and perfusion quantity(ureteral cavity,ureteropelvic,intravesical) were independent risk factors of hypothermia in surgeries. Conclusion The occurrence rate of hypothermia in minimally invasive surgery under lumbar anesthesia is high. Hence, proper psychological counseling is helpful for patients with anxiety in preoperative visits. In long operations, measures for keeping patients warm should be taken. The irrigating solution in the incubator should be preheated, so as to reduce the occurrence rate of hypothermia and ensure the effect and safety of the operation.关键词
