摘要
Abstract
This paper reveals situation of Japanese S&T talents and existing problems based on statistics data:occupational diversity development of young researchers is obstructed, gender gaps in research occupation is still serious, researchers are not active in international exchanges and the mobility among Industry-University-Research is not enough. And relevant policies and measures adopted by Japanese government are further analyzed, with the hope of providing reference for China's S&T talent policy construction.关键词
