半互穿网络淀粉基止血海绵的制备及性能研究
The Preparation and Properties of Semi-interpenetrating Networks Starch Hemostatic Dressings

Abstract
In this paper , the low temperature plasma technology and freeze drying technology was used to get the semi -interpene-trating networks starch hemostatic dressings .The experiment design scheme and preparation technology of the starch hemostatic dress -ings were optimized by the test results of the water absorption and expansion rate .The scanning electron microscopy images showed that the sponges prepared by this experiment had a uniform porous structure of the network skeleton .Rabbit liver and kidney bleeding ex-periments showed that the bleeding time was shorter and the blood loss was fewer by using the starch hemostatic dressings , and it was showed that the starch hemostatic dressings had good hemostatic effect .The results of the degradation in mice showed that the starch hemostatic dressings had been absorbed after four weeks .The semi-interpenetrating networks starch hemostatic dressing was a kind of rapid and effective absorbable hemostatic dressing .It has the very good application in the surgery .关键词
