Abstract
The transformation of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards is an important part for the realization of industrial application of scientific and technological achievements. This paper summarizes and analyzes the connotation, characteristics, development situation and existing problems of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards under the new normal, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards.关键词
