国外高校图书馆参与数字出版的角色定位
Role of Foreign University Library's Participation in Digital Publishing
摘要
Abstract
Facing with the "serials crisis" and "crisis in publishing" caused by the current business model of scholarly publishing, foreign university libraries gradually play an important role in the development of digital publishing, acting as content provider, and provide hosting platform for periodicals, carrier for managing and saving digital resources for a long time, supporter and constitutor of open access policy and copyright handler. This kind of action expands the publishing channel and promotes the scholarly communication and knowledge dissemination. So, it is necessary for university libraries in China to learn from the experiences of foreign university libraries, orient proper position and actively participate in digital publishing.关键词
