摘要

Abstract

In this paper,TiO2 was prepared with four-butyl titanate,glacial acetic acid,anhydrous ethanol and distilled water as raw materials.Sol and gel,vacuum drying and high temperature calcination were used to keep the anatase content of the powder above 80%.The preparation of TiO2 precursor were used as precursor,doped with different methods,ZnO is doped into the TiO2 lattice,calcination,grinding,preparation of modified TiO2 and modified TiO2 to determine the crys-tal structure,particle size.The experimental results show that the crystal shape of ZnO doped TiO2 disanatase,and the particle size is uniform and the particle radius is smaller at 450 ℃.
