摘要

Abstract

Three structural variable factors of EⅡcyclone separator with a diameter of 150mm were studied by uniform design and numerical simulation. The structure of cyclone separator was optimized by DPS (Data Processing System) software. The results show that the cone angle of cyclone separator has a great influence on the cyclonic separation performance. In the inlet velocity 15.5m/s, the simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results. The optimized cyclone separator has a smaller cone angle, finer separation size and a higher classification efficiency.
