摘要

Abstract

In the mid 1980s, the Compriomo company(renamed as Jacobs) from Netherland combined the Claus reaction with the catalytic oxidation reaction on the basis of the traditional concept, successfully developed the Super-Claus method and achieved industrialization on the scale of 100 t/d Claus device in 1988. At present, more than 130 industrial units of Super-Claus(and Super fine) process have been built around the world, and rich experience in design and operation has been accumulated. Highly efficient selective oxidation catalyst and advanced burner control(ABC) system are the two most important key technologies of Super-Claus process. In recent years, the Super-Claus process is combined with the new process technologies, such as oxygen-enriched combustion, dynamic wave alkali washing and so on, to deal with the lean sour gas sulfur recovery with high impurity components and more stringent tail gas emission requirements impurity components.
