Abstract

Operation and maintenance in the bridge project management is of great significance. Advanced technical support is the guarantee of efficient management, and the extensive use of BIM in the engineering show a unique technical advantages. As a key link in the management system, BIM plays an important role as a connecting link between the preceding and the following. The bridge engineering BIM technology needs to include the contents of the traditional management of what needs to be connected to the scientific management and control platform, which has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper mainly discusses the key content of BIM model delivery based on the purpose of bridge operation and maintenance. Focus on the future operation and maintenance. Through the analysis of the BIM delivery scheme for the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the technical features of BIM model which can be used for operation and maintenance are clarified. Provide an example reference for delivery audit of BIM model, and also for the overall operation of the project to provide ideas for the development.
