基于ANSYS的非晶合金变压器铁心磁场的噪声研究
Research on ANSYS-based magnetic field noise of amorphous alloy transformer core

Abstract
In order to study the noise of amorphous alloy transformer caused by the magnetic field distribution,the ANSYS is used to perform the three-dimensional finite element simulation for the magnetic field of the amorphous alloy transformer core. By comparing and analyzing the non-chamfering and chamfering models,the relevant information of the three-dimensional mag-netic field distribution is obtained,and the differences between the two models are discussed. The results show that the flux den-sity distribution of the chamfered model is improved,which can reduce the noise of the transformer,and is widely used in the production of amorphous alloy transformer. The simulation result of magnetic field is consistent with the actual situation result. The simulation analysis results show that the finite element analysis method is helpful to analyze the magnetic field noise distri-bution problem of transformer core,and provides the accurate design consideration for designers.关键词
