摘要

Abstract

As the AutoCAD software is used for direct design in the conventional product design process and the software is automatically generated when the parameter instructions are given, the virtual evolution and actual simulation cannot be executed in the overall design process, and the designed products can be tested only after real fabrication, which results a great delay. Therefore, a product virtual design method based on 3D vision is proposed. The digital model of the products is established. The technological process of digital model is designed according to the production process and characteristics of product. The coopera-tive effect is utilized to match the data in AutoCAD with the design data in 3D visual collaboration model to complete the conversion of AutoCAD image to 3D visual image, and establish the digital model to realize the virtual design of the product of converted processing data. The experimental results show that the product designed by the proposed virtual design method is easy to manu-facture and apply, and the method has better design efficiency than the conventional method, and has overcome the defect of de-sign delay.
