摘要

Abstract

The excessive resistance moment problem of azimuth reduction gearbox encountered in low-temperature experiment of a meteorological radar is focused on,variety of gearbox power loss models proposed by domestic and foreign literature are compared.The mathematic model of the churning torque of the gearbox at low temperature is built by least squares fitting.The resistance torque that the motor needs to overcome and the corresponding output current are obtained under the different speeds and temperature conditions,which can guide further motor re-selection and the system design.
