Abstract
Objective To explore the impacts of management in families with children with hearing disorder on behavior characteristics of children patients.Methods A total of 120 children patients of 3-6 years old with hearing disorder 6 were selected as study subjects.Child behavior checklist (CBCL) and family management measurement scale(FaMM) were used to survey the mental and behavior problems in children patients and family management.Correlation analysis was conducted on the factors that affect the psychological behavior of the children.Results Among the children patients in this group,the detection rate of mental and behavior problems was 30.83％.The main problems in the boys included being aggressivity,hyperactivity and schizophrenia and those in the girls included hyperactivity,depression and social withdrawal.Compared with the children patients without behavior problem,the recognition and care ability and parental relationship scores in the children patients with behavior problem were significantly lower,while the disease focus,management difficulty,and energy consumption scores were much higher (P ＜ 0.05).The recognition and care ability and parental relationship scores in children patients were negatively correlated with the mental and behavior problems of children patients,while disease focus,management difficulty,and energy consumption were positively correlated with the mental and behavior problems,among which energy consumption was the risk factor for generating mental problems (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of mental problems in children patients with hearing disorder is high,family management has great impacts on this,and energy consumption is the risk factor for generating behavior problem.Family management should be actively improved to improve the level of mental health of children patients.关键词
