Abstract
Objective To explore the cosmetic effects of post-burn scar plastic surgery combined with skin grafting.Methods A total of 80 children patients who had received post-burn scar plastic surgery in our hospital were selected as study subjects and were divided into an observation group (odd number) and a control group (even number)(n=40,respectively) according to the visiting sequence.The two groups received beauty treatment.The control group was treated with autologous medium-thick skin grafting and the observation group with allograft dermal matrix and autogenous medium-thin skin grafting.The two groups received routine infusion,hemostasis and anti-infection treatment after the operation.Three months later,the secondary operation rate,skin graft survival rate,the scores of OSAS scar assessment scale and the degree of scar hyperplasia between the two groups were compared.Results The secondary operation rate in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group,and the skin graft survival rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (2.50％ vs 22.50％,and 95.00％ vs 72.50％) (P ＜ 0.05);the scores of color,flatness and elasticity of scar in the observation group were much higher than those in the control group (0.47±0.07 vs 0.69± 0.11,0.51±0.06 vs 0.78 ±0.10,and 0.42±0.05 vs 0.94±0.14) points (P ＜ 0.05);the incidence of severe hyperplasia of scar in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group (12.50％ vs 42.50％)(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The plastic treatment effects of the use of allograft dermal matrix combined with autogenous medium-thin skin graft is significant in children patients with post-burn scar and can effectively repair the color,flatness and elasticity of scar,lower the degree of scar hyperplasia and restore skin aesthetics.The cosmetic effects are excellent.关键词
