鼻炎脱敏方联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of rhinitis desensitization prescription combined with loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with allergic rhinitis to receive treatment in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was treated with rhinitis desensitization prescription atomization inhalation combined with oral administration of loratadine and the control group only with oral administration of loratadine.The post-treatment symptom improvement,inflammatory response and complications between the two groups were compared.Results The overall response rate (ORR) in the observation group was 96.7％,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 86.7％ (P ＜ 0.05);after the treatment,the nasal itching,sneezing,nasal congestion and running nose scores and total symptom scores in the observation group were much lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and IL-4,IL-10 and IgE levels were much lower than those in the control group while IL-12 and IFN-γ were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Rhinitis desensitization prescription atomization inhalation combined with oral administration of loratadine can improve the clinical symptoms among patients more effectively,reduce the inflammation and lower the incidence of complications,and has accurate effects in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.关键词
