Abstract
Based on the practice of high value medical consumables centralized purchasing, this paper summarized and analyzed two kinds of centralized purchasing methods of bidding and hanging web respectively. This paper focused on the preparation, implementation and implementation of the three stages of bidding procurement, discussed the operation points of key links such as product identification and price fixing, put forward three practical experiences of combining various procurement methods, grasping four key points and sticking to the policy fairness and justice. This paper can provide reference for the organization and implementation of centralized procurement in the future.关键词
