双馈型风电机组谐波信息的大数据聚类分析
Big Data Clustering Analysis for the Harmonic Data of the Doubly Fed Induction Generator

Abstract
In the power system with high penetration of wind power, the harmonic problem caused by the wind turbine generators (WTGs) has a critical impact on the power grid and power quality. The generating principle of integer harmonic and interharmonic of doubly fed induction generators (DFIGs) was revealed in details at first. The influence from the rotor speed on harmonic injected into the grid was also studied. In order to accurately measure the integer harmonic and interharmonic, a rotor speed based variable time window was devised. Then a harmonic data monitoring system was introduced for the power system integrated with DFIG wind farms. In order to analyze the large quantity of acquired data, a big data clustering technology based k-medoids algorithm was proposed for harmonic analysis. Finally, integer harmonic and interharmonic for DFIG was analyzed under both steady state operation and speed-up state operation conditions by using FFT with variable time window. A case study of clustering analysis for integer harmonic is also demonstrated to prove its effectiveness.关键词
