摘要
Abstract
Ventricular remodeling is due to myocardial cells,non myocardial cells and the expression of extracellular matrix remodeling pattern change based on lead structure,metabolism and function of the heart experience in gene,resulting in arrhythmias,heart failure,and even the occurrence of sudden cardiac death.In recent years,it has been found that macrophages in inflammatory cells can clear necrotic cells,secrete cytokines,promote angiogenesis and collagen deposition.The aim of this study was to clarify the role of macrophages in ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction,and to provide reference for the treatment of myocardial repair.关键词
