牙周常规治疗联合正畸对慢性牙周炎上前牙唇向移位的疗效评价

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and long-term stability of periodontal combined with orthodontic treatment in the treatment of chronic periodontitis with flaring upper incisors.Methods 25 Subjects with chronic periodontitis and flaring upper incisors were enrolled in this prospective controlled study.All the subjects were evaluated after the fundamental periodontal therapy.The Periodontal pocket depth(PD),clinical attachment level(CAL)and reduction of gingival recession(REC)were evaluated during post-treatment and 12month follow-up in both test(periodontal combined with orthodontic treatment)and control(periodontal surgery)groups.Results Both groups showed significant improvement of PD and CAL after the treatment In test group,the mean PD changed from(6.5±1.8)mm to(2.3±1.1)mm,while the mean PD in control group changed from(6.3±2.0)mm to(3.2±1.7)mm,respectively.The reduction in PD was significant between the groups after treatment(P=0.04).The CAL in test group improved 2.2mm,while control group improved 0.8mm.The improvement in CAL was also significant between the groups(P=0.02).For REC,the changes in test group was significant compared with the control group(P=0.03).In the evaluation of 12month follow-up,the parameters of periodontal were stable.There were no significant changes between post-treatment and 6month follow-up status.Conclusion Periodontal combined with orthodontic treatment is effective and could be regarded as the first option in chronic periodontitis with flaring upper incisors.关键词
