Abstract
Type 1 diabetes is a challenging condition to manage because of the fluctuation of glucose and the difficulty to control glucose during exercise. This article interprets Exercise Management in Type 1 Diabetes:a Consensus Statement in 2017,gives guidelines for type 1 diabetes patients in exercise and glycaemic targets,nutritional management and insulin adjustment approaches,as well as provides an up-to-date consensus on exercise management for individuals with type 1 diabetes.关键词
