Recent Advancesin the Management of Renal Artery Stenosis Caused by Fibromuscular Dysplasia
摘要
Abstract
Renal artery stenosis is a peripheral vascular disease caused by various etiological factors with increasing incidence in recent years,which often leads to severe and resistant hypertension,and has high rates of disabilityand mortality. Fibromuscular dysplasia of renal artery is the third leading cause for renal artery stenosis in Chinese,but is often ignored by physicians due to its low incidence. Therefore,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis occur sometimes in clinical practice. In this article,we mainly reviewed the recent advances in etiopathogenisis,diagnosis and treatment of renal artery stenosis caused by fibromuscular dysplasia.关键词
