二尖瓣反流机制的新认识及其应用
New understanding and application of the mechanism of mitral regurgitation
摘要
Abstract
The pathogenesis of mitral regurgitation is complex, but its clinical understanding is deepening."Mitral regurgitation causing mitral regurgitation" and "atrial mitral regurgitation" are the new understandings now. Atrial fibrillation, heart failure and mitral regurgitation often coexist, and one leads to the others. As the mechanisms of mitral regurgitation are complex, the interventional devices for treating mitral regurgitation are also varied. Each device can only aim at one certain mechanism, so it is only suitable for one group of patients. Some patients may need the combination of two or more repair devices to achieve the best therapeutic effect.关键词
