强直性脊柱炎患者生活质量影响因素分析
Regression analysis of the influencing factors of quality of life in patients with ankylosing spondylitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the related factors influencing the quality of life in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Method 86 cases of AS patients diagnosed in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were included in group AS. 100 healthy persons who examined in our hospital during the same period were included in control group. The quality of life and psychological status of all subjects were evaluated by the brief health questionnaire (SF-36), the self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS). The factors related to the quality of life of AS patients were analyzed by single factor and multiple factor Logistic regression analysis. Result The scores of each dimension of SF-36 scale in AS group were significantly lower than control group (P < 0.05), and the scores of SDS and SAS were significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05). Univariate analysis showed that duration of disease, sleep quality, human leukoayte antigen-B27 expression, pain score, C reactive protein level, disease activity and body function were related factors of quality of life in patients with AS (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, poor sleep quality, Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index score≥4 points and Bath ankylosing spondylitis somatic functiond index score≥ 5 points were the independent risk factors affecting the quality of life of AS patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion The life quality of patients with AS decrease significantly, and with obvious negative mental state, and the factors affecting the quality of life in patients with AS is mainly the sleep quality and function, clinicians can take targeted measures to improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
