摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of glucocorticoid pulse treatment on metabolism and immune function in female patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Method 142 female SLE patients in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 71 cases in each group. Observation group patients received glucocorticoid pulse treatment, control group patients received conventional glucocorticoid treatment. The changes of metabolism and immune function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the adverse reactions were observed. Result After treatment, the metabolic indexes of observation group were more significant than control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of immunoglobulin (Ig) A, IgG and IgM in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of C3 and C4 were significantly higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05). The levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in observation group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05), and the levels of C3 and C4 were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 32.39%, control group was 29.58%, the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion Glucocorticoid pluse treatment can promote the correction of the related metabolic indicators and improve the immune function of female patients with SLE on the basis of ensuring the safety of treatment.关键词
