Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnosis and application of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of infiltrative gastric carcinoma. Method Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 80 patients with infiltrative gastric carcinoma from January 2013 to June 2016 in our hospital. Compared the TNM staging of 16-slice spiral CT and pathology, and the diagnostic results of 16-slice spiral CT and gastroscopy. Result The T staging total coincidence rate of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of infiltrative gastric carcinoma was 91.25% (73/80), N staging total coincidence rate was 93.75% (75/80), M staging total coincidence rate was 96.25% (77/80). Gastroscopic diagnosis coincidence rate was 57.50% (46/80), 16-slice spiral CT diagnosis coincidence rate was 92.50% (78/80). There was significant difference in diagnostic coincidence rate among 16-slice spiral CT, gastroscope and pathologic diagnosis (P<0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of infiltrative gastric carcinoma is high, to a certain extent, it make up the short coming of the traditional diagnostic methods and provide reference for preoperative TNM staging.关键词
