Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard of dispensing granules of Acanthopanax senticosus.Methods The TLC method was used for the qualitative identification of dispensing granules of Acanthopanax senticosus with the contrast medicinal materials of Acanthopanax senticosus and isopropyridine reference substance as the positive control.The content of syringin in the dispensing granules of Acanthopanax senticosus was determined by HPLC,and the method was verified by methodological.Results In qualitative identification,the TLC spots of dispensing granules of Acanthopanax senticosus was clear with good separation degree.The syringin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0-5.668 μg(r=0.999 5),and the average recovery rate was 98.62％,RSD =1.16％ (n =6).Conclusion The qualitative and quantitative method is simple and feasible,it has good precision and repeatability,which can be used for the quality control of dispensing granules of Acanthopanax senticosus.关键词
