Content Determination of Polydatin in Tongjiang Granules by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of polydatin in Tongjiang Granules.Methods The Cosmosil Cholester column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (18 ∶ 82),the detection wavelength was 306 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL /min.Results The polydatin showed good linearity in the range of 2.20-140.6 pμg /mL (r =0.999 8),the average recovery of polydatin was 101.16％ and the RSD was 1.74％ (n =6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the content determination of polydatin in Tongjiang Granules.关键词
