摘要
Abstract
Objective To prepare Acne Mixture and determine the content of baicalin in Acne Mixture.Methods Decoction method was used for production of Acne Mixture and the content of baicalin in the Acne Mixture was determined by three-wavelength ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results The mass concentration of baicalin had a good linear relationship with the absorbance value in the range of 3.872-48.530 μg/mL(r=0.994 6,n=7),the average recovery was 97.40％,and the RSD was 1.76％ (n=5).Conclusion The preparation method of Acne Mixture is simple,and the quality is controllable.关键词
