Abstract
Objective To improve the HPLC method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae rubra.Methods The Waters SunFire C1s column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1％ phosphoric acid(14∶86),the flow rate was 2.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.061 04-1.220 8 μg(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 97.65％,the RSD was 1.47％(n=6) Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Radix Paeoniae rubra.关键词
