Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine on the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage(PPH) in high-risk cesarean section.Methods Totally 104 high-risk parturients underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the prevention group and the control group according to the order of admission,52 cases in each group.The prevention group was injected with oxytocin and carbestrin tromethamine,while the control group was only injected with oxytocin.Results The time of third stage of labor in the prevention group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).24 h after operation,the Hb level in the prevention group was not significantly different from that before operation(P ＞ 0.05).The Hb level in the control group was significantly lower than that before the operation,and it was significantly lower than that in the prevention group(P ＜ 0.05).Within 24 h after operation,the amount of bleeding in the prevention group was significantly less than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine can safely and effectively prevent the PPH of high-risk cesarean section maternal.关键词
