Abstract
Objective To improve the prescription quality of antibacterials and promote rational drug use in clinical.Methods Totally 1 860 outpatient antibacterials prescriptions were analyzed retrospectively,which were reviewed by the prescription review team in our hospital in 2016.The types and proportions of irrational prescriptions were collected.Meanwhile,the top 10 clinical departments used antibacterials and DDDs ranked the top 10 antibacterials were extracted for statistical analysis.Results The average use rate of antibacterials in the Department of Outpatient in the hospital was 15.64％,the average use rate of antibacterials for injection was 10.93％,the use rate of antibacterials in very few departments was more than 50.00％,the average rate of irrational prescription was 26.51％,and the rate of irrational prescription in the whole year was declining.The B/A showed that the amount of antibacterials had better synchronization of the person-time of drug use.Conclusion The monthly outpatient drug prescription review can significantly improve rational rate of prescriptions,reduce the utilization rate of outpatient antibacterials,and promote the rational and standardized use of antibacterials.Meanwhile,the professional skills of pharmacists who are involved in prescription review are well improved.关键词
