2015年至2016年医院门急诊处方合理性分析

Abstract
Objective To reduce the number of irrational prescriptions of Department of Outpatient and Emergency and promote rational drug use.Methods A retrospective analysis of prescription review date from 2015 to 2016 was conducted.Results Totally 6 240 prescriptions were checked,and 128 irrational prescriptions were found,with 79 nonstandard prescriptions(the diagnosis of incomplete writing was the most common),47 incompatible prescriptions(the unsuitable usage and dosage was the most common) and 2 extraordinary prescriptions,and the qualified rate of the prescription was 97.95％.Conclusion The prescriptions are basically rational in our hospital,but still need to strengthen the management of electronic prescription,strengthen the professional training of doctors and pharmacists,and further improve the level of rational drug use.关键词
