Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of alprostadil and vinpocetine combined with Danshen injection in treatment of cerebral infarction .METHODS:210 patients with cerebral infarction admitted into Guangdong Tongjiang Hospital from Apr .2014 to May 2017 were selected and retrospectively analyzed , patients were divided into observation group (110 cases) and control group (100 cases) according to different therapies .The control group was treated with vinpocetine combined with Danshen injection , while the observation group was treated with alprostadil based on the control group .Clinical efficacy , various indices and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed . RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group ( 86.36％, 95/110 ) was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.00％, 72/100), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05);after treatment, levels of serum neuron-specific enolase (NSE), von Willebrand factors (VWF), specific protein of central nervous (s100β) and CRP of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group , with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05);after treatment, the MMSE (Mini-Mental State Examination) score of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group , the NIHSS ( National Institute of Health Stroke Scale ) score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group , with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05);the incidences of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were respectively 7.27％(8/110) and 9.00％(9/100), the difference had no statistical significance ( P>0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of alprostadil and vinpocetine combined with Danshen injection in treatment of cerebral infarction is remarkable , which can significantly reduce vWF , NSE,s100βand CRP levels , and improve patients ' cognitive function .关键词
