Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy and safety of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in treatment of unstable angina pectoris .METHODS:110 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted into Kaifeng Central Hospital from Mar.2015 to Jun.2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 55 cases in each .The control group was treated with aspirin , while the observation group was given clopidogrel combined with aspirin .Differences of frequency and duration of angina pectoris before and after treatment , clinical efficacy , and incidences of adverse drug reactions between two groups were compared .RESULTS: After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ); the total effective rate of observation group (94.55％, 52/55 ) was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 69.09％, 38/55 ) , with statistically significant difference (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group (5.45％, 3/55) was significantly lower than that of the control group ( 18.18％, 10/55 ) , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in treatment of unstable angina pectoris is remarkable , with high safety .关键词
