Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of two regimens of trigeminy medication in treatment of bronchiolitis in chidren , and to evaluate the medical efficiency , so as to provide references for rational drug application .METHODS:Retrospective analysis was adopted , 126 children with bronchiolitis were divided into control group(61 cases) and observation group (65 cases) according to different therapeutic regimens .The control group was given nebulizer therapy of budesonide combined with terbutaline and 3％ sodium chloride solution , while the observation group was given nebulizer therapy of budesonide combined with salbutamol and 3％ sodium chloride solution .Clinical symptoms , improvements of physical signs and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed , the costs and cost-effectiveness ratios of both therapeutic regimens were calculated .RESULTS: The total effective rates of control group and observation group were respectively 98.36％(60/61) and 96.92％(63/65), the difference had no statistical significance ( P>0.05 );the cost-effectiveness ratios of control group and observation group were respectively 445.79 and 619.25;during medication , no adverse drug reactions appeared in control group , 2 cases of aggravated cough appeared in observation group , no severe adverse drug reactions were found in both groups .CONCLUSIONS:In consideration of pharmacotherapeutics , pharmacoeconomics and drug safety , the nebulizer therapy of budesonide combined with salbutamol and 3％ sodium chloride solution is better than the combination of budesonide , terbutaline and 3％sodium chloride solution关键词
