药剂科干预临床用药、控制药占比的效果分析
Analysis on Effects of Intervention on Clinical Drug Use and of Controlling on Drug Proportion by Pharmacy Department

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of intervention on clinical drug use and of controlling on drug proportion by Pharmacy from Quanzhou the First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University ( hereinafter referred to as"our hospital"), so as to provide reference for the rational drug use .METHODS: Data of consumption sum, the total hospital revenue, per capita consumption sum, average hospital stays, use rate of essential drugs, use rate of antibiotics and use rate of adjuvant drugs between 2015 (before intervention) and 2016 (after intervention) were compared, discussion and analysis were then conducted in combination with relevant regulations and countermeasures formulated by department of pharmacy.RESULTS: After intervention, the consumption sum, drug proportion, per capita consumption sum were decreasedcompared with before treatment , the average length of stay was shortened yet the the total hospital revenue increased.Compared with before intervention, the use rate of essential drugs increased, yet the use rate of antibiotics and use rate of adjuvant drugs decreased .The data demonstrated a negative correlation between the use rate of essential drugs and drug proportion to some extent.After Jul.2016, the use rate of intravenous infusion gradually decreased. CONCLUSIONS:The relevant intervention measures developed by Pharmacy can effectively decrease the drug proportion , reduce the patients' burden and promote the rational drug use.关键词
