摘要

Abstract

To improve the efficiency of rapid propagation of salt-tolerance Robinia pseudoacacia and meet requirements of green in coastal and coastal saline area,the effects of the different conditions on plantlet differentiation and rooting were studied using salt-tolerance black locust- "W009" and "W038" as the experimental materials.The results showed that the germination rate of adventitious buds for shoot tip was better than that of stem segments,and the optimum medium of "W009" for adventitious bud germination from shoot tip was MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg · L - 1 + NAA 0.05 mg · L - 1,the medium MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg · L - 1 + NAA 0.1 mg · L - 1 was the best for stem segments ; while the optimal medium for germination of adventitious buds from shoot tips and stem segments of "W038"was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg · L - 1 NAA 0.1 mg · L - 1.The culture medium of "W009" for adventitious bud proliferation was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg · L- 1 + NAA 0.05 m · L- 1,and the medium MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg · L- 1 + NAA 0.1 mg · L- 1 was optimal for "W038".The rooting medium 1/2 MS medium containing 0.1 mg · L - 1 IBA,0.2 mg · L - 1 NAA and 1.0 g · L- 1 AC was the most suitable for "W009",and the optimum rooting medium of "W038"was 1/2 MS medium combined with 0.3 mg · L- 1 IBA,0.2 mg · L- 1 NAA and 1.0 g · L- 1 AC.
