直流标准电阻器功率变差的精密测量研究
Research on accurate measurement of DC standard resistance power varia tion
摘要
Abstract
A method to accurately measure power variation(current dependence)of a resistance standard is presented in this paper.Using a direct current comparator(DCC)resistance bridge and a standard ratio device with ratio 1:1, they can double the test current and four times the power accurately.After three measurements compared to two resist-ance standards,the change of resistance caused by power change is measured.An example of 10 Ωpower variation is given by this method and the result is analyzed.Results show that the variation of resistance power is two times curve, which has similarity with the resistance temperature curve.关键词
