Risk assessment of power system cascading failures in consideration of protection hidden failure
摘要
Abstract
For the problem of protection mis-operation caused by power system hidden failure, a new method about cascading failure risk assessment of power system is proposed based on entropy TOPSIS.The hidden failure model of overload protection is established on the basis of the analysis about the cause of hidden failure.The risk theory and risk function are used to quantify the four risk indicator which is over-load risk index,loss of load risk index,voltage instability risk index and frequency deviation risk index to get risk index values.Then, the risk degree of each line based on the method of entropy TOPSIS is obtained.We can give the order of lines in the power system according to the results of the risk degree,and the improvement measures are point out to reduce the probability of the hidden fail -ure of the fragile line in system.The simulation results of IEEE 39 node 10 machine system simulation results verify the feasibility and correctness of the method, which provides the reference and basis for the maintenance and operation management of power system.关键词
