摘要

Abstract

The fundamental electromagnetic parameters of WS-PMLSM changes according to the position variation of shuttle,which is caused by the effect of magnetic field coupling between the segments and end effect.All these factors must lead to the failure of implementing conventional sensorless control.First of all to solve this problem the study adopts the finite element analysis and experimental test methods to research and gets the variation rules between parameters and the position of shuttle,then an accurate mathematical model of WS-PMLSM is established based on these studies.In order to archive WS-PMLSM speed and current double closed-loop operation at the wide-range speed regulation and full stroke without position sensor,this paper puts forward a kind of sensorless control methods according to the characteristics of inter-segment estimated back-EMF,which is adopted feedback adaptive sliding-mode observer (FA-SMO) combined with inter-segment estimated back-EMF synchronized method.Ultimately,simulation and experiments are delivered to verify the accuracy and reliability of the proposed methods.
