摘要

Abstract

The solution for the control system design was provided based on the programmable logic controller as the core,frequency converter,step motor and pneumatic component as the control system implementing mechanism, and using the touch screen to monitor and operate the system ,after the investigation on the requirement of the enterprises and the reviewing the design solution from the companies in the same area. The structure function ,the hardware and software design of the flexible full-automated terminal crimping machine based function on stripping , twisting,crimping were expouned. The connection between devices and Panasonic PLC FPX-C30T components was explained,also for the PLC controlling process and program design. The feasibility and effectiveness of this system are validated by the application in the factory.
