油茶芽苗砧嫁接口愈合与内源激素的关系
Relationship between endogenous hormo ne level and the development of the nurse seedling grafted union in Camellia oleifera
摘要
Abstract
To find out healing mechanism, endogenous hormones, including GA3 , IAA, ABA and ZR, were determined by ELISA during the development of the nurse seedling grafted union in Camellia olefi era.The results showed that GA3 , IAA, ABA and ZR all played an important role in the healing of C.oleifera grafted union.GA3/ZR、 ZR/IAA and ABA/ZR had a significant effect on the healing in the grafted union, among which ZR/IAA mainly regulated the morphological formation direction, GA3/ZR and ABA/ZR affected the morphological formation.The correlation analysis showed that the correlation between ZR and GA 3 was the highest betweenwith these four endogenous hormones , which reached the extremely significant level(P).The level of endogenous hormones can be regulated by GA3 .The results will provide the theoretical guidance for the scientific research and the application of the nurse seedling grafting in C.oleifera.关键词
