基于RFID和ZigBee技术的服装 吊挂系统生产线设计
Design of garment hanging system production line based on RFID and ZigBee
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the information level of garment hanging system ,solve the prob-lem of complicated workshop wiring and strengthen the control of workstations on production line ,a design method of garment hanging system production line is proposed ,which combines radio frequency identification technology and ZigBee network .The system uses U HF RFID reader to collect the quantity and identifier information of hangers in each workstation .Then the information would be sent to the host computer by ZigBee network .According to the corre-spondence between numbered hangers and clothing pieces in the back-end database ,the pro-gress of each process is mastered in real time in the garment hanging system production line .Experimental results show that the system can effectively improve the management level of garment hanging production line .关键词
