裸花紫珠药材质量控制研究进展
Progress on the quality control of Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Arn.
摘要
Abstract
The plant of Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Arn. is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) in China. However, the quality of its medicinal materials is not stable. To help people solve this problem, this paper collected recent studies on Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Arn., including drug shapes and properties, microscopic properties, thin layer chromatography ( TLC) , DNA molecular identification technology, effective fractions, simplex components, and fingerprint spectrum. The analysis of the above information was carried out from two aspects, authenticity identification and quality evaluation. As potential quality evaluation indexes of the medicinal materials, the chemical compounds, which had been quantitatively detected and proved biological activities such as anti-inflammatory and hemostatic effects, were specifically discussed. The progress of quality evaluation and control methodology on this TCM was also provided.关键词
