摘要

Abstract

In order to study the regulation mechanism of fatty acid metabolism in high oleic rapeseed,a group of highly oleic acid near-isogenic lines was used as the material from 20 to 35 days after pollination,and was discussed by isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation with transcriptome technology. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between protein and transcript group was not high, and the correlation coefficient between quantitative protein and gene was-0 . 3269 . The correlation coefficient of differential protein and gene expression was-0. 7358,and the correlation coefficient of identical protein and gene expression was 0. 7143. Besides,80 dif-ferentially expressed genes were identified,GO annotation suggested that these genes involved in metabolism,signal transduction,defense and stress responses,redox,transcription,and so on,23 of the 80 genes were associated with fatty acid metabolism,16 of them were up-regulated and 7 down-regulated. gi|297330358(pantolactone ACP meth-yl ester) ,gi|297321940 ( phosphorylase) and gi|297314818 ( acetamide/formamidase family) may play an impor-tant role in the case of high oleic acid rapeseed fatty acid metabolism. This study shows that proteomics and tran-scriptase association analysis can provide a new idea for the mechanism of fatty acid metabolism in high oil rape.
