摘要

Abstract

In order to obtain the effective information of QTLs related to salt tolerance in rice from previous studies, the purpose of mining candidate genes in interval of QTLs was realized. Six rice genetic maps were integrated and 344 QTLs related to salt tolerance of rice were collected. The collected QTLs were analyzed by BioMercator V4. 2 software, and then the bioinformatics analysis was performed on the QTLs of the consistent QTLs. The results showed that 46 QTLs related to salt tolerance of rice were detected. 8 QTLs with physical distance close to 0. 5 Mb were analyzed by physical map and candidate gene analysis. A total of 1489 genes were found,involved in cell synthesis,catalytic activity,hydrolase activity and metabolism and other major functions. 9 rice salt tolerance candidate genes were discovered by comparatively analyzing the salt tolerance gene from the consensus QTL region, those 9 candidate genes ( OS01G0813100, OS01 G0869900 , OS02 G0753000 , OS03 G0282100 , OS03 G0607700 , OS07 G0150500 , OS09 G0369050 , OS09G0434500 and OS09G0522100) have the same conserved domain with salt tolerance gene. The results showed that the markers with Mqtl at the genetic distance of less than 0 . 1 cM could be used for the molecular marker-assis-ted breeding;9 annotated genes with high protein sequence similarity to salt tolerance genes in rice were found. These candidate genes could lay the foundation for cloning and functional verification of salt tolerance genes in rice.
