Investigation of the static electromagnetic force model for high speed solenoid valve
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the electromagnetic force of the HSV, fitting formulas with high precision and concise modality for the B-H curves of the magnetic materials need to be investigated and proposed, and subsequently veri-fied by comparison to the B-H curves obtained in the experiments.In the next step a mathematical model for the static electromagnetic force of the HSV, including the magnetization characteristics of magnetic materials, was es-tablished based on the electromagnetic coupling principle.During the experiments with regard to the electromagnet-ic force at two different air gaps, the deviations between the experimental data and the simulation results were less than 10%, which can be regarded as proof of ensuring the validity of this mathematical model.The results of the study show that both the reluctance of the soft magnetic materials and air gaps determine the electromagnetic force of the high speed solenoid valve, when establishing a mathematical HSV model.关键词
