摘要

Abstract

To improve the output performance of a micro-thermophotovoltaic system, a new type of planar microcom-bustor inlaid with staggered baffles was proposed.A 3D CFD model was established to study the basic characteris-tics of the working process and the effects of structural parameters, such as distance of baffles and position.When baffles were arranged inside the combustor, the temperature and uniformity of the external wall rose to a certain de-gree due to the enhancement of heat exchange.Within the baffle interval of 2~5 mm, the wall temperature incre-ment reached 17 K when the interval decreased by 1 mm.The initial position of baffle arrangement had a direct effect on both distribution pattern of high temperature zone and distribution uniformity of total radiation wall.The working effect of the combustor was optimal at 4 mm.
