摘要

Abstract

The laser spot-welding technologies in a circular path motion mode of NbHf10-1 alloy lapped structures with δ1 =1+1 mm and δ2 = 1+0. 7 mm thickness combinations are studied in this paper. The laser spot-welding process specifications were obtained based on the study of the relations between weld penetration and welding speed, between weld penetration and welding power, as well as between weld shear resistance/heat input and test serial number. The engines with welded NbHf10-1 alloy nozzle extension sections adopting the above process specifications have passed the high-altitude simulation tests.
